Well you know what, I'm just going to ignore you and go outside and start drilling so I can get at least one mounted today!

 

Make sure you do something to protect that bare metal around the edges of the holes, you don't want your car to start rusting on the spots you drilled in to further down the road.

And about those fogs? They came with the car when we bought it brand new. Standard Ford issue on the GT's, and I see a number of your fellow 6's running em too... Guess you dislike the look of a lot of mustangs on this board...

 

Sorry, I just got a little heated on the matter of the undercar neons, i know alot of people don't like them, but i do and to me thats all that matters and also thanks for the hint on the metal so it doesn't rust. I really don't care for the big fog lights honestly. That's a big reason why I got a v6 prem instead

 

Wow, get off his nut sack. It's his car, let him do what he wants. I don't care for neons either, but you don't see me being a ***** about it. Put a spoiler on your hood and 5" exhaust tips... not my cup of tea, but whatever floats your boat.

 

Hi mdlesk, I already posted that I don't like tha neons but if you do... go for it. I have never seen so many quick responses before. You have really stirred up a hornets nest with this question haven't you? It because most Mustang guys are not into that kind of BLING BLING so you will no doubt get this kind of reaction. Some will be crude about it like anywhere online and some will just state their true feelings. So I hope you don't take it too seriously. You sound like a very reasonable person and I wish you the best.

I really dont think a ricer is a ricer by the look of his car. A ricer is someone who thinks appearance mods make you faster. A person who gives excuses when they lose Aperson who floors it past you when your in the turning lane hats a ricer. Putting neons on your ar is just a person looking to make their car look nice to themselves There are tons of people who hate the look of our cars with or without mods

 

I saw a yellow stang the other day with purple neons... blech. But he's still a stanger.

 

Yeah, i don't get upset easy, i'm extremely nice and i just like it so that's the end of it. Yellow w./ purple neons, now that's funny lol! at least i'm going blue with blue. I just got the rear one mounted, only 3 more to go, yay!

 

yep I say do what you want you are the one making the payment and driving it so go for it
