Probably a stupid thing to do but what about cutting a hole under neath a bolt on scoop??If its covering the hole, might as well make use of the scoop??? Slap me if this is the most retarted thing ever said. Thanx

Here's mine-its off a ford f150, performance hoods realized it works ( if you bolt it) on the mustang and sell it that way now. 150 bucks plus paint. I drilled out the 'grille' and cut a hole in my hood right over the throttle body, sealed the hole in the hood to hood scoop with dense foam.
