Default 3d Carbon kit

What do you guys think of the 3d Carbon "Boy Racer" kit? Is it nice or too ricey? I don't plan on having enough money to do a body kit for a while, so I'm stuck with just doing research and imagining what my car could look like. Oh, and I wouldn't go and put anything near 22" wheels on it like 3dCarbon did, I would stick with some pretty lightweight 18" or 19" rims.

On a slightly different note, what do you guys think about body kits in general?

the 3d carbon kit is a little too much for me personally.....i like body kits im going to be putting on the cervini side exhaust kit but, just beware adding some body kits can make your car look like its got to much going on and some of them look cheap.. make sure you get urathane and not fiberglass pieces.

I like the kit. It set my car apart from the other twenty-some stangs in town. It does take alot of work and a good shop to get it on right.

I am saving up to install the roush front fascia only. Don't like the side skirts and don't like the duck tail. The look I am looking is this one:

Riggs-

How much did the install cost you? Were you happy with the quality of the pieces in the kit? How do the fender flares install? Is it just double sided tape or something- I could see water and a variety of other stuff building up between the flares and the body.

The rear bumper needed alittle work to fit it. But the flares where the hardest part to install. Theres two screws on the inside and we added two more, it uses two sided tape, but we removed that and used upoxi (cant remember the name) glue. So far no problems with the fenders (about six months old) The fiberglass hood needed alot of prep too. it cost me just over $3000can. for the install and paint.

Wow, that's pretty rough price wise. Looks great though. Is your car lowered at all? Do you have clearance problems on speed bumps and such?
