Default Has anyone used this WAX Product ?

http://www.5starshine.com/spo.html

I am curious. I want to Clay Bar my 07 ALLOY GT then Wax it. I saw this product and was wonderiong if anyone had used it?

If not, What is THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT WAXING MY NEW CAR FOR THE 1st TIME?
AND TO KEEP IT UP.

I have done my other cars for years with Eagle One Polish/Wax and No problems but it's not out any more. I hear Zymol< is the way to go as a good wax also.( FEEDBACK PLEASE)

THANKS,
TASSY5

hey tassy. i just bought an 06 GT and clay bared mine the other day and then used meguires NXT tech wax. i used the squeeze bottle and not the paste. but i am sure the paste is just as good. a friend told me about it and i must say it works great. i was using mothers carnuba but not any more. also use the foam pad that comes with it and remove it with a small micro fiber cloth. you can buy them at any pep boys or autozone or kragen auto parts. hope this helps and good luck.

I just bought an '05 Expedition and used a clay bar on it. The paint was really rough and after the bar it was ultra smooth. I followed that up with a coat of Zaino polish, looks and feels great. After I switched to Zaino, I would never touch wax again.

"Lasts up to 5 Years". I find that VERY hard to believe.
Without reading everything - it sounds too much like the special paint protection dealers put on.
I could think of much better, proven ways to spend the $70.00.

Proper preparation of the surface is key to a great shine and durability.

There are several great products out there. My favorite is Zaino.
I have had good reports of durability from Poorboys EX (sealant with caranuba). Four months on a daily driver that sits outside.

Meguiars Gold Class, gives you a shine you will never forget. That goes double for people with black cars, I don't think i'll ever try another wax.

Eagle One newer "Nano"waxis very good so is NXT, for over the counter products. If you want go up a step try Poorboys, Optimum, or withI use Duragloss topped with Collinite #845. These are "boutique" products and you get them mail order. Check out one of the website's sponsors Obsessive Detail http://www.obsessivedetail.com

Zaino user here! Go to Zainostore.com and you can get alot of info, pics, tips, etc. I use to use Meguiars, but Zaino blows it away!
