I have a vista blue gt/cs. I was thinking of getting silver stripes on it but I don't know if that will look funny with the black stripes that are already on the doors.

I would do white stripes and loose the black ones.

Losing the black stripes takes away most of the identy of the car.
If you don't care about it looking like a GT/CS then lose the stripes, but in the end man its your car do as you please

Do a search on this forum. There's a guy who has a black CS/GT and turned it into a Shelby GT-H looking vehicle.(Black w/gold stripes). He removed the black CS/GT stripe mid-way up the body and put a gold stripe with CS/GT down on the rocker panel area -along with gold lemans-style stripes down the top of the car......It is absolutely stunning!! I've got a white CS/GT and this guys blows the looks of my away...I'm jealous to the owner of this vehicle if you're reading this......

I think you're vista blue would look awesome with silver stripes, remove the black CS/GT and go with matching silver "CS/GT" down on the rocker panels. LOOK awesome, unique and still "preserve" that your GT is a CS!

WishI could find pictures of the CS/GT that's has the GT-H look.......you'd be sold. I know it's copying - but when someone does something like this - believe me - copy the look!! (Ok, I found it on a different foum I am a member of.....http://forums.bradbarnett.net/attach...p;d=1185983383)

P.S. Look at PL Stangs Vistag Blue above w/silver stripes.......I could visualize yours with the CS/GT rocker stripe and the lemans strips bothin silver. Man that would look awesome...
