Default 07 window tint?

I already tried a search for this but didn't find anything so here goes.

I have a 07 GT and want to tint the windows, but I had problems with the tint getting scratched in my 06 GT and the guy that tints all my vehicles said the all the mustangs he has done do that. So I found a place that sells some felt to put on the inner rubber seal to make it not scratch but I felt my 07's inner seal and if felt different than my 06's did. So I am wondering if any one has tinted a 07 and had good luck with it with out putting that felt on it.

put some moleskin on it - just do it -30$, very cheap insurance policy. i have an 07 and did the moleski'n, no scratches. The 07 will scratch the tint with no moleskin. www.automoleskin.com

If it feels different or not if the channel has no felt it should. So get the moleskin and do it as insurance on the new tint for the 07
