may be a dumb ? but i wantit done right, so where would be the best place to take a set of rims to get powder coated? and they need to be sanded before that dont they? man i sound like a retard i know but please help thanks

 

A quality place will do all the work they sandblast/beadblast/mediablast depending on the application and will correctly coat and bake the wheels. Just search for local powdercoaters that experienced with wheels. Make sure they have done them before otherwise you'll be having issues..
