that site seems to have some good prices and a variety of types, dunno if they are any good, but they will paint them for you for an additional $130 (I don't think its worth the extra cost personally)

RE: Rear Louvers?
Personally, I think the hinged louvers are too big in relation to the rest of the car. Look at a photo of seven slat fixed louvers and the six slat hinged and you'll see exactly what I mean. If you have fewer slats, then they need to be a good deal larger in order to cover the same area. In addition, fixed louvers have less of an oppurtunity to rattle, than those with a hinge.
How often do you actually clean your rear window, anyway? Once a week? Maybe once every two weeks?
Loosening four screws and lifting a maybe 8 or 10 lbs piece of aluminum once a month or every few weeks isn't very demanding. If anything, the louvers keep glare down on the rear windshield, which means that glass can be much dirtier and you can still see out with no problem.
My Astra Hammonds are light (aluminum) and remove very easily using thumb screws. As far as the finish chipping, I've never experienced that problem. I did have to use an electric drill to increase the size of two of the holes, otherwise, installation was straight forward.
