I's thinking of purchasing these and I just have two questions. How do they actually mount to the lights, and are they street legal in Arizona.

The GTS tail light covers go over your stock tail lights. They velcro at the top nicely and on the bottom have a rubber strip that slips under the tail light housing holding them firmly in place.

As for leagal in Az. They are all for Off road use as the box normally says. It all depends on your local cops and if they want to hassle you about them.
Most don't but I don't know Az.
