do the louvers come painted on the inside? if not, what color are they? and does the inside require paint to look good without looking cheap? thanks.

Came pre-painted except the inside. In my case, I prefer unpainted because it matches the color of my car's interior.

hmmm....is there a paint i can buy that would justturn it flat black for relatively cheap? as long as you can't tell its not painted to match from the outside, it wouldn't bother me.

oh, and i see that the louvers you got don't say dg custom anywhere on the site. are they in fact the same louvers? they look very similar...

From the outside, you can't tell that mine isn't painted (btw, I got mine from wheelskin).

yeah they're tinted...i do have the dark charcoal interior though, and i want it to kind of match...

OurMustang Pre-PaintedSlotted Quarter Window Louversare unpainted on the inside, the raw plastic is a dark grey almost black color so it is not very noticeable from the inside. We also have Mustang Charcoal Quarter Window Black-Outs available if you are worried about the look from the inside... Although it kinda' defeats the purpose of having a slotted louver.
