What do you guys without superchargers have?. I could see a wideband air/fuel gauge but what else would you need?

Well I am not supercharged yet, but I will be in Jan/Feb next year.

At first I am just going to run the exact set-up you see in Hotairgypsy's pic.

A boost/vacuum gauge and an aeroforce gauge. Boost is obvious but the aeroforce lets you read every signal the comp gets. Spark retard, IAT, etc.

I will be running low boost, 8psi, with an ultra conservative tune so I am not really worried about A/F at the moment. In the future with a more performance oriented tune and more boost I think I will get one.

You can either buy a cable and hook it into the aerforce gauge or I might get an innovative stand alone one and get a vent pod to mount it.

The thing that is keeping me from getting the A/F gauge right now is that you have to remove and recalibrate it like every six months. I work to much to worry about doing that and if I dont it wont read right anyway so why have one.

Plus if you have a catastrophic failure no gauge in the world will save you. Gauges are great for troubleshooting and seeing when things start to go out of range slowly.

I figure some combination of readings from the aeroforce should provide me enough for now. Plus I think you can set alarms for when things go out of range.

FYI the aeroforce gauge is like $240 from Lethal.

Good luck
