for christmas i got the ford remote starter, and the ford racing stripes appearance package. heres my questions
1. are the racing stripes safe to take into a car wash?
2. my remote starter sometimes will trigger the alarm at random times... anyone else have this problem?

BSM recommend that you only use brussless car washes after installing their stripes. I would imagine that the Ford racing stripes are probably of equal quality vynil to BSM's, so I would use that as a recommendation.

A car wash that uses pressure not scrubbers to wash your car...No possibility of swirl marks with a brushless....
AND YES!! My stripes came from the factory and are immune to everything..Including chemicals that say not to use on vynl..But I accidentaly got it on..
Just be happy, and be sure always to keep a light coat of wax on those puppies to keep em pretty
