I'm not sure. I would just email or call the American Muscle guys and ask them. I would assume that they either allow the headlights to work, or would be easy to remove, because you can't function w/o headlights.

i ahve the tail light covers and yes, but make sure that they are covers not the tint.

Yes, I have the head light covers and they can be taken off real easy.

the covers arent illegal in texas

the are in virginia, but if its just the taillights no one really cares, but youll surely get stopped if you have blacked out headlights
