The antenna mod makes a big difference, imho. Waaaaaay too long from the factory.

What the hell is with that big long thing anyhow? I mean I can pick up a signal from a satelite with a little nub on my trunk but I need a 67 foot mast to get an AM radio signal?

 

Ya i dont know what ford was thinking! If you dont think about it its not to bad looking but when you actually notice its there its throws the whole look of the car off! And then you notice everyone elses on the street!

do ya'll know if anyone has completely taken the thing off? i dont use the radio cause i have an Ipod on an aftermatrket stereo and i dont want an antenna period. i wanna get rid of the little black circular thing (base) on the body. has anyone done this? do you think it would turn out okay? what would something like that cost?

 

I agree! That's another mod to add to my list.

BTW.. I just want to praise you for taking off your rocker stripe, oh6vee6. IMHO, both the white and black 'Stangs look so much more complete and uniform without rocker stripes.
