I am thinking about purchasing a Mustang..V8 of course. But i like the grill of the V6 Pony Package. Is it possible to buy the grill and add it on?...

 

i believe it just slides in the place of the GT grille. just buy the GT, remove the grille and foglights, sell it to a guy with a V6 for $200 and use that to buy the Pony Package grille which would include the smaller foglights.

I thought I read on here that the v6 grill and the v8 grill are not the same measurements. Could someone please let us know, thanks.

 

well i know a lot of V6 guys drop in the GT grille and fogs, so i don't see why it wouldn't work the other way around...

 

If the measurements are off you could just get the V6 Pony pack and Replace the motor. J/K It should fit fine if not there are a world of people that will have the same color car that would be willing to do a trade I am sure.

 

I've read that the V6 and GT grills are different sizes. But, I've seen GT's with a different looking grill...Check www.mossmustang.com or other places, you might find something you like.
