Default Bullitt Steering Wheel-On

Just installed my 2008 Bullitt steering wheel. Turned out to be an easy install. I was a bit anxious because of the disaster (Spark plug breakage hell)I had trying to change plugs in my '06 GT 'vert, but this job went just fine. This thing looks bad a$$. I'l try to upload some pics, but I've never done it before.

Here's a pic of mine. Got it on ebay for $284 but prices have jumped to over $400 most places. KC from Clevenger Ford sold it to me. It looks cooler in real life though.

that thing looks sweet! i didn't realize the bullit wheel was so different, i love the grips. is the finish on the bottom spoke aluminum to match an IUP or is it black? i can't really tell from the pic if it's just bad lighting.

It's aluminum and it has some kind of gray/black coating. It's not quite black but a really dark gray.

dave, did Kevin include the airbag and center emblem as well for that price, or did you have to use your GT airbag/emblem?

Had to reuse the airbag assembly. You only get the steering wheelfor that price. The emblem you see I made, which is why it looks different.

I am pretty sure Ford does not sell the Bullitt emblem. Aside from making one of your own, there is only one option I know of, and that's a Saleen one you can get on ebay. I think it's a sticker.

If anyone is interesed in making their own emblems, PM me and I will give you instructions.

Taking the airbag out and reinstalling is a snap. Don't be afraid to do it yourself guys.
