All have the potential to look good, or look like ***.
Have to see it as part of the whole package.
I like the stock wing, the couple of ducktails out there, and no wing at all, depending on the car.
The only wing I can say I definitely hate is Ford's new stock one, that looks like it was accidentally left on the trunk when someone went to lunch.
No redeeming qualities whatsoever.
+1 I would have to agree

Ducktail FTW
How tall is the Cervinis rear wing? I've been considering on changing my spoiler after awhile and was considering the Cervinis duck tail but someone told me that it sits very high up off the trunk and is difficult to see over out of the rear window. Is this true? I understand it'll probably be more difficult than the stock wing, but how much?

Moosestang's picture says it all.

Either no wing or a ducktail, I like them both the same. The stock wing looks like it came off an 80's Firebird, and it jacks upthe look of the rear.

I'm actually thinkin about putting a spoiler from an 86-88 Fiero GT on my car.. Before you laugh, go google for it.. I just tried, but it's real hard to come up with a decent pic. There's a guy around the corner who just bought a Fiero for a winter car, and it had a GT spoiler that came with it (but wasn't attached to the car). It looks more or less like the stock Mustang GT spoiler, but it's more like 6 or 7" from front to back, instead of only 3 or 4"..

I think it would look pretty good, and it would definitely be a one-off...

I went with the OEM GT500 wing. I think it looks way better than theoriginal wing (at least on my car and most of the rides I've seen on this forum) and it's an easy replacement using the original 4 bolt holes.

Or you could also get the new V6 spoiler for a lower profile look. I kinda like the V6 one. GT500 is ok but not quite as nice in my opinion.

I have no problems seeing out the back window at all.

Really, have you ever even seen an eighties Firebird? The Trans Ama nd Formula 400had a flaired ducktail type spoiler that stood up like the Cervinis ducktail. The Mustang GT spoiler is a flat wing on two pedestals. Not really seeing your comparison there.
The stock spolier is designed like the 1969-1970 spoiler.
The big fat *** on these cars looks very awkward without a spoiler.
