Yea, man......bikes are dangerous; especially here in Miami where I live. I had a bike once when I was younger, but I got rid of it within two months because I would not be here writing this if I'd a kept it. Maybe now that I'm a bit older and a lot more calm, I may be able to have one without getting too crazy too often with it.

I would only get one now because of gas prices. We as consumers are the only ones who can really control the gas price gouging; but all these BS one-day gas strikes are just stupid. No gas today and buy twice as much tomorrow? We need to proactively find ways to consume less fuel and force the prices to come down. As long as prices keep rising and we keep paying them, we will be paying $7.50 like the Germans sooner than later.

Man, we're off topic! Anywho, I'd LOVE to stick some 315s back there. I'm going to have to drop the car, and as I go through tires, buy them 10mm wider set by set until I reach the limit (or my limit). I just don't want rubbing when I hit a bump or when I launch. I'll jump in my FoxStang if I wanna hear that.

Didn't someone just post something about "Pascal for President" recently???

Lol.
A French President for the US?[&:]
Badidea Dave, very bad idea
[8D].

I'm with you Rudge...
Everyone has a different level of tolerence.
I love the idea of a fast bike (Ducati comes to mind) but I will lose my license, period.
If you ride your bike in a passive way and staying in people blind spots etc, you will go down.
Problem is, cops don't see it that way.

BTW, I know that 315s tires will fit in the back.
It gives the car an awesome stance IMO.
Hey that's ok. My last name is French (Guyton). But my dad says that there's so little French blood in us that we are almost completely human.

I just got my 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10" rims today. I am going withNITTO555275 35 20 on the front, and NITTO Drag Radials 305-35-20 on the back. I will post pics hopefully by the weekend.

Cheers,

Even if you can get 275s on an 8.5" rim....won't it rub when you steer?

Apparently they won't rub......Steeda has installed them on a few cars and they are fine. I will know for sure by the weekend.

mlcrycc: You got to fit 40 series on it? Fills up the gap pretty well even without a drop........hmmmmm.

I'd like some more profile to protect the wheel. You don't get any rubbing on it? The car looks great..........

Thanks for the input, guys. I ended up going with 245/45/20 and 275/40/20. Fits perfect, no rubbing, and my wheels are safe from potholes. I'll post better pics when I get my digital back.
