The installer gapped them at 1". I picked that color because every Windveil Blue I see with stripes are either black, white or silver. I wanted something different and back in 2005 when the new style 1st came out...the 1st mustang GT I saw at the dealer in orlando, FL was a Windveil Blue GT Convertible with the dual Autumn Gold racing strips.. I fell in love with it. Most people whenI told them the color I was going with said it would not look good and so far everyone of them that saw it said it looked really good. I LOVE it myself

good deal man, its your car, you love it, so you're all set.i think windveil blue looks best with no stripes, but yours looks tasteful and you made it yours which i can respect.if we all had the same taste all our cars would look the same and what fun is that?keep on keepin it real

Thanks for the positive feedback from you all. I was being pushed hard by friends and such to go with white or silver. I really wanted the Autumn Gold and wanted this car to look different. i am currently searching for some new rims to compliment the color as well... Chrome is a leading candidate butI have also seen a set of rims that are a close match to my stripes...

Thanks man. When the installer showed me a photo of the car he done on photo-shop I was not impressed and almost changed my mind. his color looked like a bright gold. Something told me the finished product would be great together with the Windveil Blue and Autumn Gold. I was nervous when i went to pick the car up, but as you said...it looks way better in person.

I saw you coming up behind me at the light. I love that chin spoiler, my next mod I think. I would have stopped to say "hi" but my girl had to get to work. Maybe another time.

 

I really like your stripe. It's unique? I have a white strip and chrome wheels.Can someone photoshop my car with autumn gold strip?

I too have a windveil blue mustang I have been entertaining autumn gold stripes. I can't see your pics. how do I see them?

 

This thread is 6 yrs old and the pics have been moved/deleted from the host sight so they are no longer available on here. Plus the OP has sold that car along time ago.
