Im looking into purchasing a grille as well. What is the difference between an aftermarket grille that lays over the original honeycomb grill compared to a full replacement as far as advantages and disadvantages? Thanks.

Off the top of my head the overlay is cheaper, and have option of keeping pony. With the replacement you won't have the honeycomb grille behind it. Even though you don't really see it unless looking for it. It all depends I love the billet grilles but I wanted to keep my pony.

i think replaceent grilles look better in my opinion, because the grille sits further back, as opposed to an overlay that is jsut over the stock grille.

I agree VT. The grille I am looking at is a 3-piece grille which allows me to keep the pony and the fog lights in place.

Does anyone have any preference on brand or are they pretty much all the same?

I got mine from foryar.com really cheap prices. Not sure if any brand it better than another but they were the cheapest and only one of two that had the black billet at the time.

Thanks. Foryar has the grille I'm looking for with the upper and lower for $95. Two others I found were $210 and $221.
