Default front bumper removal?

I want to re-mount my ballasts to behind my bumper cover, but can't seem to google my way to any instructions on proper removal of the front bumper. anyone have a link?

I don't have a link but it's very easy once you open the hood and take out a few bolts. The more difficult part is the bolts where the fenders meet the bumper (there are 2 in each side). These are out of site and require a bit of work to loosen.

It's not hard though man. I was flying blind when I did it and I had it off and a new bumper on in less than an hour.

its a 20 minute job with hand tools.
