Get some silicone sealant from home depot 3$ and a few plug sealers also from home depot. They are about 20 cents each and can be found in the nuts and bolts section. Then just get some spray paint the color of your car and spray them. Then put some sealant in the bottom side of the plug and push it down into the hole and remove the excess sealant. then just let it sit and dry. Now you have a sealed hole and it looks almost stock. It should sit almost flush with the car so unless someone is right up on it they wont be able to see it. That's the easiest most cheapest way. I haven't done it to the stang but I did it on my old car. I will try and find the thread I made it's full of pictures.
