Got rear ended by a dumbass motorcyclist a few weeks ago (no helmet, pulling up on my *** then backing off several times before he lost control of the bike). Nothing severe, but the bumper does need to be replaced so I figured I would upgrade to the california special bumper. Parts guy at the Ford dealership is saying it won't work, but that makes no sense to me.

Also, I've seen list prices at around $300 and $500. What's the difference between the kits?
