Eh, i'm not so keen on the CS stripe. I don't think it would balance the car as well as a rocker stripe would. It wouldn't necessarily be ugly though, so if you really like it then go for it.

I talked to the striping guy.... he is gonna cut me rocker stripes (no lettering) and a CS strip in the Autumn Gold and let me decide. I'll go see him next week. I have massive detailing to do to get the car ready for this Saturday otherwise I would do it tomorrow and have the stripes for the cruise. Since mine is bone stock I gotta make it look sweet to compete with those massive HP monsters!!

No words. I really hate it when someone has a side stripe on, and it says MUSTANG.

If you do not know what it is, then just listen to my exhaust!

JMO, I would do it....with no words or anything, just solid stripes like what you're talking about.

Here is the CS side stripe without the CS markings, plus this company has a few other side stripes and colors available.

I think the side stripes really help make the Mustang look more sporty! I used the lettering "MUSTANG" because it is right under the GT badge and the two together say, "MUSTANG GT". I personally don't think the GT 300, or 281, or 350 don't really work too well........most non-enthusiasts don't understant those numbers. But, everyone's entitled to do whatever they want to their Pony!

I opted to go with the solid rocker panel stripe, no words or numbers. I think it can get too busy and jumbled-up looking....giving it an "overdone" appearance. Again, more of a subjective, personal preference issue~!!
