shr may have some painted and ready to ship, I ordered mine recently and got them within a week, they definitely are worth the money to me, as my roush louvers were rubbing the car's paint

In my opinion SHR louvers are by far and away the best looking quarter window covering/replacement part out there. And I agree adding it to a car with the spoiler delete just looks so slick. Wheels might stand out, but I think to make the wheels really pop, then you need springs to lower it, and thats just another bill to pay. The louvers are not that expensive and really look good, and its one of those things you can do yourself, and feel proud of the hard work you put into installing them. JIMO

I agree pretty much, i was leaning towards SHRs but it was just a bit too much for me. They are sexy no doubt, but both shrs and the wheelskin ones are nice to me. i wouldnt get the roush ones though.
But its all about personal preference. whichever way to go, post pics!

I say get some 18" take off's first to make the biggest diffrence. My new wheels made me truely fall in love with my car again.
And as far as the shr louvers, all im gonna say is seeing them on nite's car makes me really consider getting them

Does anyone know if these window louvers would look good on my sixxer?

One question as i'm a new owner what happens with the glass after you remove the window and install them? does the glass install underneath the louvers? just curious for weather reasons.

Welcome. No, the glass stays out permanently....The louver replaces the glass.
