Default Dash Panel Appliques

I like the looks of the Bullitt engine tunred aluminum dash applique. How hard is it to change this out from the one I have in my car? Is that strictly a Ford item or can I buy it from an after market vendor?

It is a Ford only part. Take a look over at The Mustang Source forums

KC can get you a good price on them. The only problem piece is the passenger airbag cover. You have to follow the de-power sequence to remove that panel. There is a thread somewhere on this board or on TMS that has a detailed step-by-step guide on what to do.

Are you referring to a dash kit? If so, there are many brands and styles. I just installed my carbon fiber dash kit which covered much of the interior. I can send you some pics if you like

The one he wants is a full dash panel replacement from ford. It is actually pretty sweet looking.

Thanks for the info, I guess I will head over to my friendly Ford dealer and order one.

Check with KC first though. He can get some really good prices. He has a hotsheet that you can get from him, that has his prices listed. You can then you those prices to compare against your dealerships prices.
