No, the bulbs are a one-for-one swap from the stock harness to the sequential harness.

I'd love to see a single filament bulb "become" a dual filament...

I have had mine for over two years and have never had a problem. I have only had to replace one bulb on each side during that time. I love them. They get noticed and that is what you want from the person behind you.

What company did you order yours from?

I have seen the ones on americanmuscle.com, which I believe are made by Stack Racing, and I have seen the ones from cdc.

Bummer. That should be a rather easy mod to do. I'm gonna have to look into this a bit more.

The innermost bulb is already a dual filament. I have CDC and the install was super easy. The harness seems to be good quality. If you can change a bulb you can install sequentials.

I have WebElectrics and they work great. If you're handy with a soldering iron you could save some money and buy the splice in kits, or you have the option of getting chase lights.

The inner most bulb on my 07 is simply a "running/parking" bulb - meaning low intensity.

A little research has produced this - http://mustangtaillightsequencers.com/ and for $70 on eBay as long as you don't mind splicing, you're all set. I spoke to one of their guys and this will indeed make all three bulbs running/brake/turn capable - meaning dual intensity.

I got mine and having them for just 2 months, no problems, i got the ones from american muscle and used a promo code (pm if u want it) and hooked them up in less than 20, min, the harness looks like it is better quality than stock, there is 1 large rubber bushing that plugs a whole so no water can get to you truck that I had a little trouble squeezing in but that just ensured a tight fit!

+1 for WebElectric. I have heard the CDC ones sequence just a little faster. I've had mine for a couple years now, still love them. Bummed they will become stock. Knowing I would likely never return to stock, I ended up getting the splice in kit, saved $$$ and no hassle of sending the original harness back.
