Default Roush window louvers

Hey guys just got my louvers in the mail the other day. Took them into my local paint shop guy that i went to school with. He ended up giving me a quote for 50 dollars to get them painted on the outside only. Which is aweasome cause my total for the paint the louvers and shipping ended up being $190. My question is on the installation, how hard are these things to put on? They look pretty simple from what i was reading on the instructions but i really don't want to mess anything up. And are the brackets visible through the inside?

I put mine on myself. With a little patience, they are a piece of cake. Get an exacto-knife to cut out the templates, and the templates are much easier to tape to the car if you have someone helping you. After that, its a breeze.

As far as the brackets, they are not visible when looking back through them from the driver and passenger seat. I haven't seen them from the backseats, though.

they are not visible from the inside....if you look at the 1/4 window from the outside you see that a bit of the edge hangs over the body panel...this is the part the bracket with adhere to...you wont be able to see it...speaking of which, i need to remove my louvers to clean the window (water spots)...

interior inserts installed with roush louvers on the outside?

im not sure what the int inserts look like, but if they arent transparent, i would advise against them...this is mainly because you will find yourself looking out through the vents of the roush louvers for oncoming traffic when merging onto a road or whatnot....

Ya i had thought about that and havnt decided yet. American muscle sales them in the colors of our interior basically to make it look like there was never a window there. But like i said i havn't figured out if i want to drop the 60 some dollars to get them.
