I would get the plain silver covers or maybe black. That way you get the functionality w/o the standout look - and the big cover in the front will look silly on stock rotors if it stands out in bright color like red.

Paint does not cut down on the brake dust problem like the covers do and does not change the look of the caliper itself.

def painted, I went with the dupli-color blue brush kit, so simple.
