Default Center Cap Help!!!

I have a set of the gt500 take off's on my 06 gt. The problem I'm having trouble trying to find a different center cap for the wheel. It has the stock SVT centecap and I would like something with the pony on it. Well I have contacted several on line ford part stores as well as several ford dealers and they are all telling me that there are no other oem available for that wheel. I'm sure I'm not the first to try and replace these. Please help..

Partscheap.com carries them, check out the wheel accessories section under your year of car, I think 60.00 for Tri-Bar Pony center caps

The stock Pony Center caps from my OEM Ford fan blades DO NOT fit my Ford SVT GT500 wheels (OE wheels off of a Shelby). I have the SVT centercaps on that came with the wheels and the Pony caps are just a tad smaller. Weird.

That's really dumb that they made the center caps a different size, I found some that say they fit the GT500 Wheels with "minor modification", well I don't know what modifications there talking about but you can ask them. Here the website http://www.southernmustangparts.com/...ses-p-292.html

I have a set of Magnum 500 replica wheels on mine. They come with a set of plain black center large caps. Not my favorite. I wanted some Tri-bar Pony caps for them. Bought & tried 3 sizes, none fit. Tried American Muscle as well. All were about 1/8" - 1/4" too small.
Bought a set of 05-09 Tri-Bar center caps & wrapped them with strips of duct tape until they fit in tight. I know this sounds redneck, hoaky & all that, but it worked. Have about 3K on car since installing & they're still there.
Pics next post, my bad.
