i need some good measurements of the unibody structure and wheel base also if someone has some pics they can snap it would be a plus.

i have a 1987 4x4 bronco 2 and i found a 2005 GT and im gonna make a 4x4 s197

I have only 2 pictures that might help you...
I never took measurements of the unibody but the wheel base is 107.1.
The distance between the frame rails is what you need to know, in order to study the fit of the front axle components...
The transmission tunnel is kinda small, as you can see, so you might have to enlarge it in order to fit transfer case etc...

+1 on having the ***** to trying to do that...
