What just Roush rear springs look like
#9
If you put on front springs too, you would need an alignment and probably camber bolts. It's suggested if you lower your car to upgrade to adjustable shocks, but those are about $500. I have my car lowered 1.5" (actually my front springs have lowered more than that and it looks like the Eibach Sport Kit even though I got the Pro Kit) and I left the stock shocks on. THe ride is a little rough but it's not terrible.
But for what these guys have done....should be no problem at all. And easy to swap just the rear springs too.

The rear springs and the LCA's in conjunction have improved my ride quality on turns, over bumps, and from launch/stand-still. With the stock setup, every bump on the highway left me feeling like the back end was going to kick out to one side. There was way too much lateral and vertical play in the back. Now, with the Roush rears and the LCA's, the back end feels "planted," and bumps are no longer so pronounced. Overall, it produced a sort of deadening effect, which probably stems from the quality of the Roush springs. I cannot say for sure what the ride quality effects from just rear springs would be, but given my experiences so far, I can't imagine that it wouldn't get at least marginally better. It's not night-and-day, but it's noticeable, and I'm immensely pleased with the changes given the small number of mods installed.
Edit: Thanks for the compliments, Dave. Hope to see you at a cruise sometime soon.
