Default Spoiler dirability question

Did something dumb today - after I unlocked the trunk, I lefted it from 1 end of the spoiler. (I have the low profile spoiler as shown in my signature pic)

The 3M tape came loose on that end. But, the reset of the spoiler is fine. From looking at it - it appears that it is likely attached in at least 4 points. So, the other 3 would be fine....

Given that the other version of the factory spoiler is higher and connects at just 2 points, I should be okay, right?

Just have the spoiler molded on with dura-glass like mine and you can lift it from wherever you want...

If you look under the trunk where the spoiler should be you'll see any screws that would be connecting the spoiler to the trunk. For example, if your car had the GT spoiler you'd open up the trunk and see 4 screws up top.

Thanks, it was about 6 hours of labor to have this done. I was having it painted anyway so you would have to add the cost of the paint in there as well.

There are lots of ductail spoilers available and some attach with tape only and some bolt on... the one on my car bolted directly where the stock one bolts... then I had it molded.

I checked - 4 bolts. It appears that only the 2 corners were taped. So, not worried about it now.
