Can this be fixed?
So I'm heading home this morning and an 81 year old women runs a red light and smashes right into me. Totally her fault (loads of witnesses, police even saw it) so I'm just waiting on her insurance to get on the ball. Do you guys think this can be fixed? Should I be worried about frame damage or anything?
Sorry for the bad pics but thats the best I could get with my phone in traffic.
This was most of the damage (pasanger window was broken as well and I couldn't get my key out of the ignition).
Its at a body shop now but I haven't heard from them yet. Sure its going to be a few days, my poor car...

It's a unibody, most passenger cars don't have frame anymore...
Instead they're built with rails that are welded to the shell.
In your case, those rails are not even close to the point of impact, so you're cool.
You will need a new door and a quarter panel though...
Good luck.
PS: Where are you located in FL?

Coconut Creek, right outside of Boca Raton
Thanks, these post made me feel so much better. Never been in a crash this bad before. Gonna head down to the body shop and get a rental in the morning, just hope her insurance doesn't take to long.
