Anything I need to know about installing these? Is there a better two sided tape out there? with it being plastic to plastic, do I need an Adhesion promoter or anything? Got the trufiber CF covers, and can not wait to get them on!!!! Thanks in advance

adhesion promoter after you clean the stock mirrors will help with adhesion but the tape supplied and the directions supplied should be more then enough. post some pics when done!
