I live in RI and i was looking to get my rims refinished. They are 20" Saleens that lost alil of the shine. Anyone ever have there wheels refinished? if so what about the costs? Also IF anyone has had it done any good shops around MA/RI area?

Generally speaking, it's been less expensive to buy new chrome parts than to refinish them, ever since the EPA tightened restrictions in the 90's. A lot of chrome shops went out of business because they couldn't afford the emissions controls.

I used to take the exhaust system from my Harley and get the whole thing rechromed for about $170. After the EPA changes, the cost was over $500, which was more expensive than buying new pipes.

You would be better off buying new ones. Just to repair a scratch cost $175 here in Baltimore. To have the whole wheel done would be astronomical.
