So I was going out for lunch downtown here in Austin on 6th Street (1 way road) and I'm in the left lane, first car at the stop light while a big *** beverage delivery truck was at the curb. I had just passed it noticing that the back was opened so I though nothing of it, I didn't think he was driving right away. The light turns green, see the truck start to move and I don't move because I could just see it happening but the driver of that truck didn't see my car just to the right, about a 1/4 car distance in front of him while he starts going and grinds right into my fender. He know's it's all his fault so hopefully the repair goes quickly, I want to get it into the shop asap, hopefully tomorrw. I can't open the drivers side door unless I force it, which I'm not going to do.

damn that sucks. is his insurance going to pay for it?

His companies insurance will I'm pretty sure, since it's a company truck. I spoke with them (the company and the insurance) and it sounds like they have no problem covering it all, which they should anyways cuz I certainly am not at fault here.
