What options do i have with a stock hood? I know there was recent post after a accident the person put a gt500 bumper on(can't find post). I dont think I will be able to do this, the grill will not be replaced.

Any other options ??

I agree, Roush is one of the nicer looking front fascias and you can keep the stock grill and hood.
You can install a GT500 fascia with a stock GT hood... but the some of lines between the 2 are off along with needing to replace a host of other items including the upper and lower grill, head lights, fog lights, etc. and it will run you ~$1,500

 

Will the saleen bumper work with the stock grille? If so, id say thats the best looking option.
