Default License plate bracket, stealth bracket

So a police officer gave me a warning for no front license plate, and I didn't want to drill holes in the front bumper, so I did the next best thing and drilled inconspicuous holes in the front bumper.
Ace Hardware Materials:
1 piece of Aluminum stock
Stainless steel lock nuts, washers and bolts
Color match paint, with clear coat

Tools:
Hammer to bend aluminum and to smash thumbs
Hacksaw to cut aluminum and various work benches
Hand tools and drill
Calibrated Tape measure to NIST standards

I admit a misleading title, just the brackets are stealth, the plate is not. I just didn't want to drill into the front of the bumper.

I used electrical tape painted the color of the car to protect if the plate bent back and contacted the bumper. I also painted the aluminum under the body to match the car.

Do a search. There are a few prior threads about the manual and the remote operated electric hide-away brackets. I can't recall the name of the manufacturer.

Yeah I saw them Nuke, I just thought I would do it for under $10 and accomplish the same goal.

From your pictures and parts list, it doesn't appear that yours folds down and slides underneath like the ones I mentioned above. I saw someone at a local car show with a Grabber Orange Stang and he had the remote operated one. That's the one I'd get. "Excuse me officer but I think you're mistaken. Please look again..."
