Road salt/calcium
Are there any body shop experts here that can let me know how rough the liquid calcium/salt combination is on the underside of my Mustang? Here in Ohio its on the streets pretty much all winter.

Sorry, I'm not a "body shop expert". But it doesn't take an expert to tell you that calcium chloride is as bad as salt. Both my '07 GT and the g/f's '06 Pony are in storage. Neither have seen winter road chemicals.

I hate hate HATE winters here with a passion. Like Nuke said, it doesn't take an expert to know that road salt will eventually give you a "Ruststang".
I got the underbody and all the seals and nooks n' crannies on my Stang undercoated/rustproofed. I highly recommend you do this if you plan on driving your baby in winter.

No Ford dealership for me! The head of the service dept. told me the cars came with a "fully sealed underbody" from the factory which I found out was total BS....it's only a thin coating of primer or something. I got mine done at Ziebart for $300 and its held up beautifully so far.
