Nice investment. Personally I have 6k Bi-xenon and they work great, but it was raining hard the other day and visibility was gone. If you change the fogs, maybe go with 3k only for performance.

Well, if you get caught speeding through cameras, people say "DON'T PAY THE TICKET" unless an official actually hands you the document with proved identification. Majority of the people are not paying their photo tickets because their police department will eventually drop the charges or the officials didn't give the ticket to them... I think that's how it is. My father also stated that once they get to a certain percentage (which is very close) where it is not profitable, they will close down the whole photo radar operation.
I could be wrong, but that is what I've been hearing... I haven't got a ticket from the photo enforcement yet (knock on the wood).
Another thing you can get away with is that if you cover your face just in time before the camera takes a picture of you, they have no proof that you were the driver in that picture.
