Ok, well I've decided on what supercharger, exhaust, and suspension I'm adding to the post deployment wish list, now on to appearance. I'm going with the saleen suspension package from brenspeed, so keep in mind my car will be dropped 1.25 inches. Here is my car as it sits:

Right now I'm thinking of going with a GT500 spoiler, elenore grille, some type of stripes and some new wheels.

I like the look of the super snake stipes (thick line in the center and thin lines on the sides). Does anyone have pics of a silver car with those. That and I'm not sure which color to go with, black or a dark silver.

Also, what are some good looking wheels on a silver car? I was thinking about an 18inch rim, with the widest rim/tire I can put on there for traction

Pics and ideas would be great.

 

are you planning on keeping your gt body or changing it?

also are you going to be keeping your hood or going wit the KR style so the supersnake stripes will look good?

Yeah, I was a little out of it when I wrote that. I'm going to keep the GT body and keep the hood. I found a website that sells the stripe with a pert cut out for the scoop. It looks pretty good I think.

 

First of all its to each his own. For my silver car I am going with the black n silver look. All chrome is gone other than the tailpipes. All badges have been painted black, black wheels, dark tint. I too am thinking about some sort of stripe on the hood or sides, not sure yet.

You have a great looking canvas there, take your time choosing which mods with a end goal in mind.

I like those wheels, what are they? I'm not a big fan of chrome, so I was either going to go with a black and silver theme like you or a dark gray and silver theme. I also have quite a bit of time left in my deployment and I'll be looking around pretty much the entire time so now rush here.

They are reasonably priced at tirerack.com. I got them with bf goodrich ta kdw rubber mounted and hunter road force balanced two day fex delivery to Maui for $1600. A great deal.

Its way too much fun shopping, so I'm guessing it will be even more fun to get them on. I'll check out those wheels out, I was thinking about getting a 18X10 rim for the back but the 18X9 could work.

I think I'm going to get the Elenore style grille like ONF1R has. I like the fog lights in the center. I'm going to get a side stripe too.
