I just updated my original post with some pics. Sorry they are a little dark but will give you an idea of what I'm working with.

I have a set of red powdercoated valve covers that I bought on Ebay. My wife thinks I should just use those but I'm not too sure about Red with Windveil. I got them so cheap though I thought I could either have them media blasted and powdercoated in some other color or just have them painted another color over the powder. Will probably have some airbrush work done as well but really need to decide a base color. Any thoughts on red?

They are painted by a local top custom paint shop. He did the valve covers, the plenum cover, and repainted my hood with a silver stripe. A little expensive, but worth it in th end.

Windveil would look great. You already have the intake done in blue, so the valve covers would be a perfect match. Unless you want to go for the contrast and shock factor of two dissimilar colors, I like the matching combo look. It shows planning instead of chaos.

I have a Windveil Blue GT, and I'm thinking of getting these chrome ones when I do my cams:

I think these would look great on your car and give some contrast since you already have the body color intake manifold and fuse box cover. I guess I'm kinda old school, but nothing looks better than chrome valve covers to me.

CHRIS07GT, where did you get that coolant reservoir cover ?

It's not a cover, it's a Canton overflow tank. I also have the power steering one, I just haven't put it on yet!
