well this suff is so thick that mineral sprits will not touch it, wd-40 asks like water. Goo-gone Extreme works, but I used a quart on the trunk and one roof stripe. and its still a lot of work and i do mean work.

anyway thanks for the help, one more quart and one more roof stripe to go. thank goodness i replaced the hood, theres no stripes on this hood.
