SHR louvers, should I be upset?
Okay, so I was getting ready to put in the louvers today, the first one I pulled out was OK, the second one looks horrible to me, especially compared to the car finish. I didn't buy seconds, I paid full price, am I just being ****, or should I be talking to them about getting another pair?

Definately call them. I'm sure they'll make good.
I think what I'm seeing is that on one of them, the paint has the "orange peel" texture whereas the other looks smooth. You're not being **** if that's the case. But SHR has had good customer support in the past. They'll make it right for you.

They do look like they got that orange peel effect. I'm pretty sure SHR will make good and replace them for you.
I just asked the previous question because these looked like they would of been from the, not as good paint job bucket.

I'll give them a call on Monday. This looks like the issue they warn against in their painting instructions, but they were the ones who painted them. Alkemist, I agree the one for sure looks like a reject, the other one is not as good as I would like. I'll keep you all updated.
