I bought some red welt trim for my dashboard.

I have the crimson/charcoal interior.

What do you guys think? Be brutal.

I was also thinking about trimming the stereo panel.

I like what you have so far. Not sure if I'd do any more, but you can try it. It pulls right out doesn't it?

Yeah it's a friction fit. Weird thing is it fits great in some areas and almost impossibly in others. Sometimes the crevices are a little bit irregular.

Be "Brutal"? I saw a pic where someone did like every groove on the dash. That was brutal! Seriously tho, less is more with that stuff IMO. Maybe I'll try some white on mine.

You mean there were irregular gaps... in a Ford product? How strange. I like it. I was thinking of doing the same with chrome trim.

Where did you get it/how much, if you don't mind. I've called fabric shops around my way and nothing.

I like it in the doors. as far as the dash, I've seen it at so many shows, and it just looks like something cheap. can't say the same thing for the doors though. weird, right ? lol
I voted no. but that's just me. I have plenty of stuff on my car people would not like.

I like it, but only sparingly. That line you've got there is pretty much the extent of what works well for the dash. As said, the door inserts can also look good with it, but since you've already got the red/black interior it wouldn't really do much for you, and might actually look overboard.

Same here.....I put some in my doors but I don't think I want to add it any other place.

Just put some silver tinsel welt in my doors too, now that you mention it. Also got some better pictures of the dashboard.
