Default New Grille

So I was never completely sold on billet grilles until I saw the new '11 with the MCA package. I decided to hit up eBay to see if I could score a deal on one to try out. I ended up paying more for the emblem than the grille. I'm liking it so far.

And a shot of my shifter I never posted about, just for fun:

looks great bro! the only thing i would be concerned about it that its an overlay, make sure it stays tight on there!

I've checked it twice since I put it on (less than a week old). Not a bad mod for under $60.

im still debating getting one for my 09 CS, love the look of em, but cant decide between that one or a T-handle! lol
and why just just cover the old grille with the new one? wouldnt have been better to just get a whole new grille?

I love the shifter. Very positive shifts and shorter throws. I got this one because it costed me less than $60 for the grille and emblem. I wanted to see if I liked it first. I plan on swapping out my front fascia eventually, so I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of a new grille.

thats why i was thinking too, but a few people have said its actually quite comfortable. But you really cant beat that look of the chrome shifter and white ball!

I like that style of grille, but I don't like the overlays as well as a replacement. With the overlay, you lose some of the dept, or set back, the the stock grille has. I like the deeper look, so I went with a replacement type. But that's just me, they wouldn't make all the different styles, if we all liked the same thing.
