Are the fog lights still functional with the overlay?

I don't have fog lights, but know it can be done with a full replacement grille. Like I said before, it was a cheap solution for change until I can afford the full fascia replacement.

thats the grille i have and i love it, i ended up putting chrome trim around the bottom and side and it made a huge difference to the look of it, it was getting chipped along the bottom and the trim covered it right up
