Two Tone Look?
#11
I think I am just going to leave the spoiler the Windveil blue. I am looking at getting a set of aluminum rear window louvers, and I think it would be too much black in the back.
What I would like to see in a photochop, is flat black SHR louvers, and how that would look. Marcello from SHR posed that idea to me today. I would be ver interested in seeing how it looks.
I am painting up a set of the Saleen window deletes today with one being in flat black and the other in a semi gloss finish. I will see what looks good.

07 Stang,
Thank you very much for the picture. I think it looks great. I just have to figure out how to get them repainted without screwing them up.
Not too sure how easy it will be to scuff the clearcoat on them, so that they can be resprayed.

Since they wouldn't be using paint with medal flakes in it, I don't see that it should cost that much to have done.

I came across some picture of a guy that did a two tone SHR louver. His painter first painted the louver all flat black, and then he painted the exterior parts the same as the body color. The only downside this guys states, is that there is no clear louver sections anymore, as they have all been painted over. I guess it would be the same as a window louver cover.
I think it would be cool looking, as you would get that two-tome look, but yet the louver would flow with the body color.
