Default factory navigation......?

hey guys i used the search feature and noticed that no one really talks about the factory navigation head unit. i got an 09 gt and was thinking about getting one.. any1 know how much they are or whats involved in putting them in? (have shaker 500 )

For the price there is alot more out there... I'm sure Ford wants an arm and a leg for it.

would i just need the unit and literally swap it out? or do i need harnesses and other bs? where did you seen them?

I have the factory nav.... while it it nice, the aftermarket units have alot more neat functions and should come with detailed instruction on installation...
